Kramer Project Development Company, Inc. is led by Rick Kramer, a licensed architect and seasoned
construction professional with significant experience at the highest levels of design and construction
management. After receiving his Professional Degree in Architecture in 1987, Rick began his professional
career as an officer in the Navy Civil Engineer Corps. Soon after receiving his commission, Rick found
himself in charge of over $30 million dollars worth of Navy construction projects and ultimately in charge
of the facilities department for the Navy Submarine Base in San Diego, California.
He began his post-Navy career by earning a Masters degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Stanford University. He managed the Housing Capital Improvement Program for Stanford University for a number of years then worked as a construction project manager and estimator prior to forming his first construction management company in 1998. To focus specifically on select client needs, Rick sold his position in that company to his partner in 2003 and began Kramer Project Development Company, Inc.
